    Reservation & Cancellation Policy

    • Check in: 15:00 – Check out: 11:00

    • A reservation is considered confirmed when an advance payment of 30% of the total nights is deposited into the hotel account.

    • In case of cancellation 30 days before the arrival of the customer, the deposit is returned. Less than 30 days before arrival the deposit is non-refundable.

    • If a customer has made a confirmed reservation but due to unforeseen circumstances cannot come to the accommodation, they can transfer the reservation to another date (provided hotel availability allows). If the reservation was made with low or mid season prices then in order to transfer the reservation to high season, it should be made with the corresponding high season prices.

    • No pets allowed

    • Parties and events are not allowed
