Reservation & Cancellation Policy
• Check in: 15:00 – Check out: 12:00
• A reservation is considered confirmed when an advance payment of 30% of the total
overnight stays deposited in the hotel's account.
• In case of cancellation 20 days before the customer's arrival, the advance payment
is returned. Less than 20 days before arrival, no advance payment
• If a customer has made a confirmed booking but due to unforeseen circumstances
situations he cannot come to the accommodation, he can transfer the reservation to
another date (if the availability of the hotel allows it). If the
booked with low / mid season rates then to transfer booking to
high season, it should be done with the corresponding high season prices.
